Proceeds from all concerts go to charity. Over £1000 from July concert towards a Multi-Sensory Suite at Arbour Vale School from the "Teddy Bears' Picnic " Concert Over £1000 raised for Thames Valley and Chiltern Air Ambulance Trust Charities The charities are nominated by members of the choir for each concert. The picture above shows the choir singing at a wedding at St Giles Church. Past charitable donations Concert at St Giles, Stoke Poges raised: £385 for the Parish Coffee Shop Project. In 2006 Stoke Poges Singers raised £475 for The Lantern Community in Oliver's London Concert Oliver's Christmas The Christmas Concert , in December, raised £820 for the Thames valley Adventure Playground A capacity audience enjoyed mulled wine, mince pies and community singing. You will be made very welcome and you will not be under any obligation for the first few weeks until you have found out how you get on with us.
